Processing and delivery

SHAPY prepares paid orders for dispatch within one business day. This preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders are shipped from France by home delivery only; pickup-point delivery is not currently offered.

The countries currently available for delivery, the shipping charge and the estimated delivery time for your destination are shown at checkout before you place your order. France standard home delivery is €5.90. There is no free-shipping offer at launch. The delivery estimate can change if the carrier or customs experiences a delay; we will contact you if we learn of a significant issue affecting your order.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched and a tracking number is available, SHAPY sends a shipping confirmation with tracking details. You may also use the Track an order page with your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout, without creating an account.

International duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs-clearance fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states that SHAPY has collected these amounts, they are not included in the price paid to SHAPY and are payable by the customer on import. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Contact contact@shapyactive.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
