Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SHAPY purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• In perfect condition with all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed or damaged cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
